Andy Hubbard has over 30 years of extensive experience within the air transport industry and is the head of SITA’s Cockpit Communications Portfolio, as part of the SITA FOR AIRCRAFT domain of expertise.
He has a background in aeronautical engineering and a proven track record for business growth. He began his career with British Airways, in 1986, in a variety of technical roles including Senior Design Engineer.
He joined ARINC in 2000 and again held a number of technical and commercial roles, culminating in his appointment as Managing Director Europe, Middle East and Africa at ARINC. Through acquisition by Rockwell Collins, he took on a new role as Head of Cabin Connectivity Solutions, before joining SITA in 2018.
Today, Andy leads the team responsible for SITA’s state-of-the-art aircraft and ATC communications ecosystem, delivering the reliability, flexibility, innovation and simplicity to unlock significant possibilities for aircraft and airline customers around the world.
